EducationUniversity of Chicago - Bachelors, Philosophy
ExperienceI have a decade of experience as a tutor and teacher of humanities and math topics. I attended the University of Chicago for my bachelor's degree in philosophy, and I had the opportunity to tutor students in math and teach philosophy to students at the middle school and high school levels. I also took many writing courses in college, receiving A grades. After a graduate, I taught test preparation and English at the high school level. I love to teach, and I find it very gratifying when students have a concept click in their minds because they understand it. I can tutor subjects like reading, writing, essays, literature, composition, English grammar, adult literacy, and test preparation for the LSAT, MCAT, PSAT, SAT, ACT, GMAT, and others. When I have spare time, I like to read, cook, bake bread, and hike.
